Home Inspections Issues in Colt & Forrest City, Arkansas

1. Here's some pictures of a few problems I've found recently and the class I'm taking today as I'm continuing education. How hot is your water heater? This one was 142 degrees which is 22 degrees over scalding hazard.

3. water damage in an attic.
   
4. dissimilar metals caused corrosion on fitting.
